A generalist operator — equally at home running the program, designing the product, or building the system myself.
I'm drawn to the messy middle: the ambiguous, cross-functional problems where someone has to hold the whole picture, make the calls, and actually ship. I do that as a program manager — and I stay hands-on enough to build the thing myself.
Most recently, across Nitro Trading Systems and Investrade, I helped drive the ground-up relaunch of a broker-dealer — leading delivery across product, onboarding, go-to-market and creative, compliance, and operations, and building AI-assisted automation that turns hours of manual work into repeatable pipelines.
Before that I co-founded and ran a services business, so I know what it means to own outcomes, lead a team, and take the losses. I started in the markets as a trader — which is how I fell in love with fintech. Different domains, same instinct: make it real.

Investrade Relaunch
Program lead on the ground-up relaunch of a Regal Securities broker-dealer. Coordinated six internal and external teams — engineering, a creative agency, an OMS vendor, TradingView, and clearing firms — to revamp two trading platforms and take them to launch.
Go-to-Market Creative Engine
Built the launch creative end to end — App Store and Play Store creative sets, multi-stage Live and Paper-trading email journeys, and a Knowledge Center / training portal — under a refreshed brand.
Account-Opening Redesign
A 16-dimension competitor analysis (Robinhood, Webull, Schwab) turned into a streamlined Live/Demo onboarding flow and an interactive prototype — designed to reduce friction from first tap to funded account.
AI Automation & Agentic Workflows
Built AI-assisted automation — agentic workflows and a personal AI operating system — that produces recurring executive reporting, creative, and content, collapsing hours of manual work into repeatable pipelines.
C&L Resident Services
Co-founded and ran an 18-month residential service business from zero — hiring, scheduling, and delivery across everything from junk removal to large hardscaping. Owned the numbers and led the team.
